Cancellation Policy

Overview

We want you to book with confidence. This policy explains when you can cancel, how refunds work, and what happens if we need to cancel or reschedule your tour.

Cancellations by You (48+ hours before tour)

If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour start time, you are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations Within 48 Hours

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable. If you need to change your plans, you may request a one-time reschedule (subject to availability) if you contact us at least 24 hours before the tour. We will do our best to find a new date that works for you.

No-Shows

If you do not show up at the agreed pickup time and location without prior notice, the booking is non-refundable. We will wait up to 15 minutes past the scheduled time before considering the tour a no-show.

Cancellations by Island Mystiq Tours

If we must cancel your tour (for example, due to severe weather, safety concerns, or operational reasons), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost — your choice. We will notify you as soon as possible and help you rebook if you prefer.
